Choosing Routes and Troubleshooting
Choose a route based on the destination service’s regional requirements and your actual connection performance; a route name is not a speed guarantee. IEPL, relay, and direct routes suit different network conditions. Check the dashboard for the current list of available routes. Access to streaming libraries and AI tools depends on each platform, so verify that the service works as expected after connecting.
If you run into an issue, check your subscription status, refresh the route list, then switch routes and test again. If the problem persists, open a support ticket in the dashboard and include the platform you’re using, the route name, and the error you see to help narrow down the cause. Don’t share your password or full subscription link.
